Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions. When you start a Neighbor subscription, you'll get repeat deliveries at the cadence you choose, some plans have a set delivery frequency. We securely store your payment details and charge you before each delivery. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel - there's no fixed end date and no cancellation fee.
